Team Committees - Shaping the future of the firm
KAF provides employees the opportunity to make a difference within the
firm. We have several committees on which you can participate as
follows:

Firm Council - This group of
employees (10% of our population) meets with our Managing
Partner and Firm Administrator several times per year. The goal
of this committee is to always improve the communication between
the staff and management. Various topics such as company
benefits, ideas for change, mentoring, and events are discussed
in this forum. |

Process Mapping Committee - This
group of employees was formed with a goal of standardizing the
work flow processes within our firm. This is a great way for
employees to provide input as to the improvement of processes
and services to our clients. Creating a more efficient,
productive and more profitable firm. |

Core Values Committee - KAF
established core values which are the
cornerstone of what is expected from an employee. Those values
are Leadership, Commitment, Accountability, Quality, Ethics, and
Respect. The goal of the core values committee is to keep those
values in the forefront so they are part of our everyday work
