Susan Mulford is the Human Resources Manager at KAF Financial Group where she is responsible for all facets of HR for the firm. 

Prior to joining KAF in 1996, Susan worked for a large corporation for approximately fourteen years in the Human Resources Department.  While there, she specialized in the areas of employment and employee relations administering many of the employee programs as well as providing assistance to managers and employees in the areas of recruitment and employee relations.

Her wide range of experience has allowed Susan to provide advice and assistance to our clients in many areas of human resources including recruiting, employee relations, and policy and handbook development.

Susan is an active member of the HR committee for the Mass. Society of CPAs, the Northeast Human Resources Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Associated Industries of Massachusetts.  She also participates on the Employer Advisory Committee for Bridgewater State University.

Susan is a graduate of Northeastern University with a degree in Human Resource Management and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
