Ed joined KAF as a shareholder in December 2008. He has over 30 years of experience in public accounting serving a diverse range of closely-held companies as well as wealthy families. Ed specialized in providing accounting and tax services with a concentration in the professional service, technology and real estate industries.

Ed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northeastern University and a JD degree from New England School of Law. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, and has actively participated in the Society's Small Business and Taxation Committees.
