In addition, Mark is the Director of Business Valuation Services. Mark holds a BSBA Magna Cum Laude with a major in accounting from Suffolk University. He currently holds securities Series 6 and 66 licenses from the Securities and Exchange Commission. Mark also has a CPA/ABV designation as accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. This designation has been granted to approximately 1000 of the 360,000 members of the AICPA. Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Society of Appraisers, and the Institute of Business Appraisers.
