smulford@kafgroup.com Susan Mulford is a Human Resources Specialist at KAF Human Resource Consultants, the human resource consulting division of the KAF Financial Group of companies. Prior to joining KAF in 1996, Susan worked for a large corporation for approximately fourteen years in the Human Resources Department. While there, she specialized in the areas of employment and employee relations administering many of the employee programs as well as providing assistance to managers and employees in the areas of recruitment and employee relations. Her wide-range of experience has allowed Susan to provide advice and assistance to our clients in many areas of human resources including recruitment, employee relations and policy and handbook development. KAF Human Resource Consultants are active members of the Northeast Human Resources Association, the Associated Industries of Massachusetts and the Society for Human Resource Management. She is a graduate of Northeastern University with a degree in Human Resource Management and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). |
